These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VybeDesk desktop application and website (collectively, the "Service") provided by VybeCode Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using VybeDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using VybeDesk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use VybeDesk on your personal or business computer for its intended purpose. The source code for VybeDesk is available on GitHub and is subject to the licence terms specified in the repository.

VybeDesk processes project data locally on your machine. You retain all ownership and rights to your data. We do not access, collect, or store your project files. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
VybeDesk may allow integration with third-party services such as AI providers, version control platforms, and cloud services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
The VybeDesk name, logo, and branding are the property of VybeCode Ltd. The software's source code is available under the licence specified in the GitHub repository. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what is necessary to use the Service.
VybeDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VybeCode Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of VybeDesk, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VybeCode Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of VybeDesk after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to VybeDesk at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your licence to use VybeDesk is revoked.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
